These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Genius Credit Pro (the "Platform"), operated by Kaironeek Financial LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Genius Credit Pro is offered on the following subscription tiers: Personal ($97/mo), Starter ($197/mo), Growth ($397/mo), and Team/Enterprise ($597/mo). Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
The Personal plan is licensed for a single individual's own credit repair only and may not be used to manage or dispute on behalf of any other person's credit file. Starter, Growth, and Team/Enterprise plans are licensed for use in connection with Customer's credit repair business, including on behalf of Customer's own clients.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Customer retains ownership of all client data entered into the Platform. Company acts as a data processor on Customer's behalf and does not claim ownership of Customer's or Customer's clients' data. Upon cancellation, Customer may export client data for a period of 90 days before deletion. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on data handling.
The Platform is a software tool that assists with credit dispute preparation, tracking, and business operations. It does not constitute legal advice, and use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship. Genius Credit Pro and Kaironeek Financial LLC are not a law firm. Customers operating a credit repair business remain independently responsible for their own compliance with applicable law, including licensing and bonding requirements that vary by state.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement as described in Section 3. Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 4 (Acceptable Use) or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.
Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
