We use collected information to operate the Platform, including generating disputes, running the AI agent team, processing payments, providing customer support, and improving the product. We do not sell client credit data to third parties.
Credit report data and client PII are encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on infrastructure independently certified to SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Access is controlled through role-based permissions, and platform actions are logged in a full audit trail. See the Security & Trust page for further detail.
We share data only as necessary to operate the Platform, including with: payment processors, for billing; mail service providers, to deliver physical dispute letters; and AI model providers, to power the dispute analysis and agent features. We do not share client data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, including under applicable state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Requests can be made using the contact information below.
We retain account and client data for as long as an account is active, and for 90 days after cancellation to allow for data export, after which data is deleted in accordance with our deletion procedures.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
